Allen Matkins Advises OlivePoint Capital in Class-A Office Acquisition

December 16, 2025. Allen Matkins announced today that it has advised OlivePoint Capital, LLC in connection with the acquisition of 3900 Paramount Parkway, a 220,000-square-foot Class-A office building located within Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Raleigh-Durham through a joint venture with Redwood Capital Management, LLC, a global alternative investment manager focused on opportunistic credit and other special situation investments.

The property is 100% leased to Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), a subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) — a global leader in life sciences with an A S&P credit rating — and benefits from a long lease duration and full corporate credit support.

Corporate Partner Peter R. Fischer led the transaction, along with Anna Heitmann, a corporate associate, senior counsel Jason Robinson and Associate Jamie Simensky from the Allen Matkins’ real estate group, and Paralegal Wade Fisher.
