Allen Matkins Announces San Diego Office Promotions

The Daily Transcript (July 29, 2019) Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, a full service real estate and business law firm, named Michael J. Holmes as the operating partner of its San Diego office on July 23. Partner Matthew J. Marino was also named associate general counsel in San Diego. Holmes succeeds Jeff Patterson, who is being elevated to managing partner. Holmes' practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including retail, office and mixed-use leases, acquisitions and dispositions, development and transactions concerning the ongoing operation and management of commercial property. As associate general counsel, Marino will provide critical risk management functions for the firm. Marino represents large real estate developers, commercial landlords, property and asset managers to find solutions to complicated lawsuits and address everyday issues, such as landlord-tenant conflicts, insurance coverage and recovery.
