Allen Matkins represented Kilroy Realty Corp. in the largest Class-A commercial lease in San Francisco history. Dropbox signed a 15-year lease for the entire 736,000 square foot office campus at The Exchange on 16th. The Exchange on 16th, a four-building complex, is under construction in Mission Bay and Dropbox will occupy the space in three phases starting in the fourth quarter of 2018 through the fourth quarter of 2019. Dropbox's lease surpasses Salesforce.com's 2014 deal for 714,000 square feet at Salesforce Tower, previously San Francisco's largest, in which Allen Matkins represented landlord Boston Properties.
