Elizabeth is a partner in the Century City office. Her practice primarily includes both lease transactions as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Elizabeth focuses in representing landlords in connection with large lease transactions with technology-oriented tenants. She is sought after by many institutional owners for representation on these matters, such as Kilroy Realty Corporation, Boston Properties, Hines Interests, CIM, Westbrook, LBA Realty, and Equity Office Properties. Elizabeth also represents owners in leasing sophisticated mixed-use retail, office, and residential properties, and development, build-to-suit office and industrial projects.

Specifically, Elizabeth has leased more than 15 million square feet of space since joining the firm and represented the landlord on the two of the largest leases in the history of the City of San Francisco, including the lease with Salesforce at Salesforce Tower, and represented the tenant on the largest lease in the history of the Western Region.
