ConnectCRE reported on the launch of the Winter 2025 Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast California CRE Survey in “Allen Matkins/UCLA Survey Sees Data Centers as Main Driver of Industrial Projects.” The article highlighted the Survey's findings that 38% of respondents said that data centers and digital infrastructure are drivers for development compared with 17% in the Summer 2024 Survey.
