Partner Alan Hearty was interviewed by HousingWire about the rebuilding effort underway in Los Angeles one year after the wildfires hit Pacific Palisades and Altadena. Alan said, "Rebuilding has been slower than anyone had hoped. It's not because of any one failure. Insurance, regulation and construction simply were not aligned for a disaster of this magnitude."
