Allen Matkins Advises The Nature Conservancy on Landmark Point Reyes Conservation Agreement

Stuart Block, Tara Paul, and Ryan Chen recently assisted The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in a key step toward advancing conservation efforts at Point Reyes National Seashore. As part of the landmark agreement among TNC, the National Park Service, and local cattle ranchers, the Allen Matkins team assisted TNC in negotiating critical environmental provisions in TNC’s cooperative agreement with the National Park Service to protect its legal interests while supporting its restoration and conservation goals. Under this agreement, TNC will collaborate and share resources with the National Park Service to pursue conservation management objectives within the Point Reyes National Seashore.
