Senior Counsel
Julia is a real estate senior counsel in the Los Angeles office. She advises private and institutional investors, developers, private equity funds, pension fund advisors, real estate operators, and insurance companies across the broad spectrum of complex commercial real estate transactions. She focuses her practice on:
- Acquisition and construction financings
- Development joint ventures
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Mortgage financings and refinancings, including large portfolio transactions and mezzanine financings
- Loan and joint venture restructurings and workouts
Julia has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of asset classes, including commercial office buildings, hotels, multifamily, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Julia practiced at a prominent AmLaw 100 firm in Los Angeles, where she was active with their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
