Allen Matkins Advises Clients on Entitlement of Two Mixed-Use Projects in Culver City, California

September 17, 2025. Allen Matkins announced today that it has advised Hudson Pacific Properties and Alliance Residential on the successful entitlement of two mixed-use projects in Culver City, California.

At 10950 Washington Boulevard, Allen Matkins advised Hudson Pacific Properties on the entitlements for a new 509-unit mixed-use project with ground-floor retail, replacing the former headquarters of the NFL Studios. 10950 Washington will replace an office complex with a community-friendly mixed-use project, with modern retail and mixed-income, multi-family housing.

At 100 Corporate Pointe, Allen Matkins advised Alliance Residential on a proposed project that would replace an existing office building and associated parking with a new mixed-use, multifamily development consisting of approximately 351 residential units and approximately 4,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving commercial space.
