Allen Matkins Advises Lincoln Property Company in Entitlement of Culver City Mixed-Use Building

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – October 20, 2026 – Allen Matkins represented Lincoln Property Company in the entitlement of 11111 Jefferson Blvd, a 3.4-acre property in Culver City, California. The project will allow construction of a six-story development featuring 344 homes — including 52 affordable units — with 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a central parking garage, and roughly 17,500 square feet of publicly accessible open space.
