Allen Matkins Advises on Transaction that Wins Award from NAIOP Bay Area

At the NAIOP Bay Area Chapter “Best of the Bay” awards, a transaction the firm advised on received “Most Creative Financing Transaction of the Year.” Allen Matkins represented Kylli, a full-service investment holding firm focusing on the development, operation, and management of institutional-quality real estate assets in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the $51.5 million financing of its Mission Point development in Santa Clara, California. The development will include mixed housing, including affordable units; state-of-the-art offices with amenities such as outdoor working areas and lab-ready configurations; and neighborhood services, including retail stores, restaurants, a grocery, and a childcare facility. The development will be complemented by indoor and outdoor community gathering spaces, as well as open areas, including a public trail along the southern border.
