Chambers USA Ranks Allen Matkins Band 1 in California Real Estate

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – June 6, 2025 – Allen Matkins is pleased to announce that it has received top rankings in the 2025 edition of Chambers USA. The firm received a Band 1 ranking in Real Estate in Southern California, as well as a Band 2 ranking in California Environment, and a Band 3 ranking in California Zoning/Land Use. Partner Sandi Nichols received a Band 1 ranking in Environment for the first time, and Partner David Osias received a Band 1 ranking in Water Law for the first time. In addition, Partner Kamran Javandel was recognized for the first time as “Up and Coming” in Environment. In total, the firm received 13 individual rankings, including four in Band 1. This is the 24th consecutive year that Allen Matkins is in the top tier of real estate law firms in California.
