Law360 (June 1, 2015) Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented The Swig Co. LLC in its $75 million refinancing of an office property in San Francisco’s SOMA district from lender John Hancock, which had counsel from Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, which arranged the financing on behalf of Swig, announced the financing for the seven-floor 501 Second St., a 208,000-square-foot creative office property. “Swig is always very professional. Great to work with,” Stephen P. Lieske of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, counsel for John Hancock, told Law360. “We’ve been representing Hancock for a long time.”
